Introduction

In ADTEC, instead of focusing on teaching and researches, we also offers other services related in textile manufacturing technology. A small Textile Industrial Plant completes with some facilities had been set for educations and researches with reasonable cost are offered for those who might be interested to use. 



Our Service

  • Perform a measurement on various textile based material and plastics based material as well.
  • Supply a semi finished goods and finished goods of textile based product such as weaving fabrics, knitting fabrics, embroidery products and bunting.
  • Conduct training programs in textile & packaging to interested parties.
  • Organizing conference/ symposiums/ colloquiums in textile and packaging issues and research.
  • Offer troubleshooting services for manufacturing process.

Facilities

Our facilities have a comprehensive range of textile and plastic based material which some comprising of:

  • High-speed Puncture Impact Test (complies with ASTM D 3763-93 Testing Standard)
  • Vertical Flammability Chamber Test (complies with ASTM D6413 Testing Standard)
  • Universal Testing Test; compression and tension (Exceeds the requirements of BS EN ISO 7500, ASTM E4, DIN51221)
  • Video analyzer to perform an analysis of textile composition in a fabric. (complies with ASTM D629-99, ISO 137, UNI EN 12751, and etc.)   

We also have several kinds of machines that capable to produce a semi finished and finished goods for textile based product:

§         Rapier & Projectile Weaving machine – Semi finished fabric products
§         Flat Knitting machines – Semi finished collar manufacturing products.
§         Embroidery machines (included with software) – Finished goods decoration fabric products
§         Bunting Printer machine – Finished goods product for bunting.
